DESCRIPTION:Fait social total au sens où il impacte nos vies dans toutes ses dimensions\, le numérique n'a paradoxalement pénétré que marginalement le débat public comme objet politique. Au contraire\, il reste bien souvent cantonné à n'être identifié que dans ses enjeux techniques et technologiques\, sur un mode tour à tour enthousiasmant ou inquiétant.Les acteurs de cette table ronde partagent plusieurs convictions : 1/ Celle qu'il s'agit là d'une erreur fondamentale\, qui empêche de penser l'évolution technologique de nos modes de vies comme la résultante de choix humains et économiques\, et à ce titre perfectives\, évitables\, critiquables... en un mot politiques. 2/ Celle que les acteurs publics peuvent avoir un rôle moteur pour accompagner le développement d'un autre numérique et la prise de conscience de sa possibilité comme de sa désirabilité. Les leviers à leur disposition sont nombreux : commande publique\, éducation populaire\, action sociale et culturelle\, mobilisation des acteurs associatifs et de la société civile....Et si l'action de nos collectivités favorisait l'émergence d'un monde plus libre ?

Elle se propose de partager avec nous cette aventure...Il me semble que mon parcours rassemble plusieurs spécificités qui me permettent d’analyser sous un angle particulier les différentes particularités de la modération :Je suis une femme féministe\, et une “geek”\,Je suis de gauche (= progressiste)\, et soutiens tous les mouvements pour plus de justice sociale\,Je suis conceptrice d’outils numériques\, donc je connais le pouvoir que nous avons lorsque nous créons un produit numérique\,Je suis critique du numérique\, et notamment du numérique capitaliste (de son petit nom\, capitalisme de surveillance). J’enrichis cette réflexion grâce aux discussions que nous avons au sein de l’association Framasoft dont je suis membre bénévole.J’ai fait de la modération pour un réseau social et ce réseau social n’était pas capitaliste.
